DRAMA IN THE EFL CLASSROOM
The use of drama in an English classroom such as EFL / ESL is regarded as a proven language acquisition and learning method to improve all four skills: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking, as well as other language areas such as vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. When an integrated and communicative approach is adopted when teaching theater, a teacher can teach the language more effectively by directly involving students in activities inside or outside the classroom.
